Add AcidTest class for comprehensive PSBT testing across multiple conditions: - Different coin networks - All supported script types - Various signing stages (unsigned, half-signed, fully-signed) - Different PSBT formats Also adds utility functions for deterministic key generation to support test reproducibility.
